SeniorSync
26 August 2025
SeniorSync is a senior care platform that empowers AACs to track requests, personalize care, and streamline support — ensuring every senior is heard, helped, and never left behind.
The Problem
A Growing Need, Fragmented Care
Active Ageing Centres (AACs) play a vital role in connecting with seniors and addressing their needs, often managing hundreds of requests daily. Yet, many struggle with outdated systems, relying on fragmented tools like spreadsheets, messaging apps, and even paper trails to manage senior profiles, communications and request tracking.
This lack of centralized data creates significant communication gaps, increasing the risk of errors and limiting staff capacity. Staff are often overwhelmed by manual tasks, reducing the already limited time they could spend on meaningful engagement and personalized care for seniors. Currently, seniors often have to physically visit the AAC just to register a request or seek help, creating an unnecessary hurdle for those who might already face mobility challenges.
Our Solution
We propose SeniorSync, a centralized senior care management system (CRM) designed to transform how AACs support their communities. SeniorSync helps AAC staff efficiently track both seniors and their requests, bringing clarity and ease to daily operations.
Our CRM solution offers key capabilities, including:
* Comprehensive Senior Profiles: Access a complete history of each senior's requests, ensuring personalized and informed care.
* Intuitive Request Management: Effortlessly categorize and track requests by priority and stage, ensuring no request falls through the cracks.
* Smart Reminder System: Prevent missed follow-ups with automated reminders, guaranteeing every senior receives a timely response.
* Effortless Mobile Data Input: Seniors can easily submit requests directly from their mobile phones, eliminating the need for physical visits and streamlining the flow of information to staff.
Our Journey
Our biggest hurdle we faced was data security. At our core, SeniorSync hinges on the centralised point of senior data and their requests on a day to day. However, since we are not a licensed vendor nor did we have the time to attain this license, gaining the trust for vendors / active ageing centers to onboard us for the pilot was our biggest challenge. Many back and forths were involved in the preparation for our pilot phase, and eventually, we landed on a common ground.
Pilot Findings & Feedback
We are currently running our pilot with 3 AAC branches, gradually rolling out branch by branch. This pilot will run across a period of 2 weeks. Upon onboarding, we will run through the application with them, supervising them through set up and use of our features. Throughout the week, they will then continue with unsupervised use of SeniorSync, which helps us to track our success metrics.
Roadmap
After the accelerator, if our current pilot partners are comfortable using our public beta as part of their workflow, we are more than happy to continue supporting them.
Month 1-2:
At the same time, we will work towards getting the relevant certifications for us to become a licensed vendor recognised by AIC, since most AACs are under AIC. This certification would also allow us to interact with PII data safely, which greatly improves our value proposition.
Month 3-4:
Partner Acquisition. Based on historic data and previous "wins", we can reach out to more AAC organisations which we have previously contacted (but not had to the bandwith to support), to show them the success blueprint and hopefully establish more partnerships to expand our vendor base.
Month 5-6:
With the partners secured and features refined, we will prepare for production cutover for all vendors to onboard and integrate fully with their workflows.
With the hopeful success of this product, we hope to see how we can adapt it to fit other markets and/or customers.
